Role Overview
As a Rental Agent in Sunningdale/Parklands, you will manage residential property rentals, oversee tenant placement, and represent Pam Golding Properties in all aspects of renting and managing properties. You will be responsible for listing, marketing, and managing properties, conducting inspections, completing lease agreements, and handling tenant queries.

Key Responsibilities

Listing, Marketing, and Renting Properties:
Handle property listings, market properties to potential tenants, and oversee all rental transactions. -
Property Management:
Ensure proper management of properties, including arranging repairs, handling tenant queries, and conducting regular inspections. -
Tenant Placement:
Identify suitable tenants, conduct credit checks, and facilitate the leasing process. -
Lease Agreements & Mandates:
Prepare and finalize lease agreements and manage the signing of rental mandates. -
Conducting Inspections & Reports:
Complete regular property inspections and compile detailed reports. -
Handling Queries:
Address tenant and landlord inquiries in a timely, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Competencies

Strong administrative, negotiation, and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail, particularly when preparing documents and managing property listings.

Must have a valid Real Estate Candidate Fidelity Fund Certificate.

Self-driven with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Qualifications and Experience

Matric certificate (Minimum requirement).

Completion of PPRA Candidate Logbook to qualify for real estate practice.

NQF4 Real Estate qualification is required.

Must have completed or in the process of completing the PPRA Candidate Logbook.

Previous experience in property management or rentals would be advantageous, but not essential.
Knowledge & Skills Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Basic understanding of the residential property rental market in Sunningdale/Parklands.
