Role Overview

The Intern Estate Agent role based in Tsakane, Gauteng is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated, ambitious individuals who are passionate about property and thrive in a sales-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate property listings through canvassing and networking

• Conduct valuations and guide sellers on market trends and pricing strategies

• Coordinate professional photography and home staging to boost property appeal

• Develop and implement effective marketing plans tailored to each property

• Organize and manage show houses to attract potential buyers

• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and assist in reaching successful deals

• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and fellow estate agents

• Maintain accurate records of listings, inquiries, client interactions, and transactions

• Stay updated with local market trends, buyer behaviors, and legal requirements

• Ensure the highest level of professionalism and adherence to the Pam Golding brand standards

Qualifications and Experience

To become a qualified Estate Agent, candidates must be prepared to complete the following:

• Register with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)

• Obtain a Candidate Estate Agent Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)

• Complete the NQF Level 4 Real Estate qualification through an accredited provider

• Compile and submit a logbook of practical experience

• Pass the Professional Designation Examination (PDE)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate

• Valid South African driver’s licence

• Reliable private transport

• Must reside in or around the Tsakane area

• Personal laptop/tablet and mobile phone

• Financially stable to support yourself for at least 6 to 8 months while building your pipeline

Key Competencies

• Previous experience in a sales or commission-based role preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong digital fluency and ability to conduct business via mobile devices
