Role Overview
As a Fully Qualified Estate Agent at Pam Golding Properties in Brakpan, you will be responsible for marketing, selling, and promoting residential properties. You will work closely with clients, from property valuations and marketing to negotiations and closing deals. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong customer service orientation.
You will be expected to generate leads, secure exclusive mandates, and grow your market share while upholding the Pam Golding Properties ethos of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
Collect information about properties and generate new leads for sales. -
Canvassing & Marketing:
Actively canvass properties to sell and develop marketing plans to attract potential buyers. -
Property Valuation:
Apply sound principles when estimating the value of a property and advising sellers. -
Property Staging & Photography:
Organize photography, home staging, and prepare properties for sale. -
Negotiation & Sales:
Represent sellers in negotiations with potential buyers, ensuring successful property transactions. -
Show Days & Viewings:
Organize and attend show days to showcase properties to potential buyers. -
Liaising with Stakeholders:
Work with mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other estate agents to finalize deals and ensure smooth transactions. -
Market Trends & Insights:
Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market and provide insights to clients.
