Role Overview
As a Full Status Sales Agent based in Brackenfell, you will be responsible for acquiring and marketing property listings, negotiating transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll represent sellers, attract buyers, and execute professional, successful deals aligned with Pam Golding’s brand promise.
This role is ideal for self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for residential property. Key Responsibilities

Generate new listings through proactive lead generation and canvassing

Conduct professional property valuations and offer strategic pricing advice

Manage listing preparation including photography coordination and staging

Develop and implement marketing plans for property listings

Arrange and host show houses, open viewings, and private tours

Represent sellers in negotiations and draft offers to purchase

Liaise with mortgage originators, conveyancers, and other stakeholders

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Brackenfell property market and buyer behavior

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Deliver high-touch service to clients and ensure excellent after-sales support

Qualifications and Experience

Valid Full Status Fidelity Fund Certificate is essential

Must be up to date with all CPD and PDE requirements

At least 1–2 years of full-status experience in real estate sales

Must reside in or near Brackenfell or the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Ability to financially support yourself for 6–8 months before earning commission
Knowledge & Skills Required

In-depth understanding of residential property sales, conveyancing processes, and market dynamics

Proficient in digital communication, mobile business tools, and online listing platforms

Computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
