Role Overview

As the Branch Administrator, you’ll play a central role in the day-to-day functioning of the real estate office, supporting the Branch Manager, estate agents, and internal stakeholders. From managing office systems and communications to facilitating onboarding and coordinating meetings, your ability to stay organized and foster smooth workflow will be crucial to the team’s success.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, particularly in a real estate or fast-paced corporate setting. Preference will be given to applicants residing in Sunningdale or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the branch, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment

  • Serve as a point of contact for agents, clients, suppliers, and head office communications

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and assist with event coordination

  • Maintain and track inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors

  • Support onboarding for new agents or staff, ensuring a welcoming process and system readiness

  • Update, organize, and manage confidential documentation, contracts, and listing files

  • Monitor internal compliance with company policies and real estate industry standards

  • Assist with marketing administration and ensure branded materials are distributed appropriately

  • Handle telephone and front-desk reception duties, providing a professional client-facing experience

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential

  • Previous administrative or operations experience in a real estate office or similar business environment

  • Demonstrated track record in coordinating office processes and working within structured systems

  • Exposure to property documentation, listing management, or agent support will be advantageous

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Comfortable managing online document storage, digital communications, and scheduling tools

  • Ability to create spreadsheets, generate reports, and handle internal reporting requirements

  • Familiarity with real estate terminology, marketing materials, and client service protocols
