🎯 Role Overview
As an Internal Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing in-store sales functions, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Your responsibilities will focus on building client relationships, providing product support, and managing sales processes from inquiry to completion. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in construction or building materials sales.

Manage customer service and build strong client relationships with walk-in and repeat customers

Promote and sell building materials and construction products to retail and contractor clients

Maintain accurate sales administration, order entries, and reporting functions

📚 Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualification:

Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
Work Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the building, hardware, or construction sector
💼 Technical Competencies

Solid knowledge of building and construction materials (cement, timber, steel, adhesives, tools, etc.)

Experience in sales order systems and stock queries

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail cash processes

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
