🧠 Role Overview

Deloitte is currently hiring a Senior Manager – Data Scientist to lead the delivery of transformative data science and data engineering projects. This leadership role demands advanced analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in data architecture, machine learning, and process automation.

You will guide a team of data scientists and engineers to deliver intelligent, scalable, and automated data solutions, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business performance and align with best-in-class data governance practices.

• Lead multiple, concurrent data science and engineering projects from strategy to execution.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage delivery to clients across diverse industries.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or related analytics roles.

• Deep understanding of data governance, business processes, and system automation.

• Proven ability to use data science tools, BI platforms, and data engineering frameworks.

• Strong experience with CRISP-DM/KDD methodologies and agile SDLC practices.

• Knowledge of modern tech stacks including Python, SQL, Power BI, Azure, and cloud-based pipelines.

• Experience working with cross-functional technical stakeholders and senior clients.
