π§βπΌ Role Overview
The Senior Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Pedros store in Soshanguve, driving performance through effective team leadership, operational efficiency, and a customer-first mindset. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of restaurant management, proven leadership ability, and the passion to uphold and promote Pedrosβ brand standards. You will be tasked with maximizing sales, controlling costs, ensuring food quality, managing staff performance, and creating a top-tier customer experience.
π Key Responsibilities

Supervise overall store operations to ensure adherence to Pedrosβ Standard Operating Procedures

Maintain high-quality food standards, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Manage inventory, orders, and stock control to avoid wastage and shortages

Lead and motivate staff to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service

Handle customer complaints swiftly and professionally to uphold brand reputation

Drive daily store performance by analyzing sales data and implementing strategic changes

Oversee marketing activities and implement local promotional campaigns

Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and regular team meetings

Maintain daily checklists for opening and closing procedures
-
Enforce disciplinary procedures and monitor staff attendance and rosters

Recruit and select top talent, fostering a productive and efficient team culture

Ensure compliance with labour and operational regulations
π Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in a restaurant or fast-food management environment

Experience with GAAP Point of Sale systems is advantageous

Strong management and leadership skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills

Capable of problem-solving and making decisions under pressure

Proven ability to manage teams and foster a positive working environment
