🔍 Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research to uncover customer preferences, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

  • Use data analytics to shape actionable insights that support product development and business decisions.

• 🧪 Product Development Support

  • Collaborate with product and execution teams to co-create market-relevant financial products.

  • Assist in ensuring product compliance with both customer expectations and regulatory standards.

• 📈 Data Management & Reporting

  • Monitor product performance and key metrics by creating data dashboards and reports.

  • Organize, clean, and analyze datasets to support agile decision-making across product lifecycles.

🎓 Qualifications

To be eligible for the programme, candidates must:

• Be pursuing or have completed an Honours degree in:

  • BCom General or a closely related field

• Complete their Honours qualification by 31 December 2025

📌 Minimum Requirements

• Must be a South African citizen

• Less than 12 months of formal work experience post-qualification

• Must submit full academic transcripts for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, data-driven banking environment
