🏢 Role Overview

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be the right hand of the Head of Marketing, providing administrative and project support to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. You will manage various tasks, from photoshoots and video shoots to data gathering and creating marketing reports, all while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external vendors.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Marketing with day-to-day departmental tasks

• Manage photoshoot and video shoot projects, including coordinating with models, vendors, and the internal team

• Style products and setups for internal marketing shoots

• Handle phone calls, correspondence, and scheduling tasks

• Attend meetings, take dictation, and record minutes

• Prepare marketing and sales reports, presentations, and briefs

• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns

• Address and manage marketing requests and queries in a timely manner

• Gather data and conduct research for marketing initiatives

• Assist in managing daily time schedules and calendar appointments

• Run errands and provide logistical support as needed

• Draft marketing correspondence and letters

• Coordinate marketing projects and ensure timely execution

🎓 Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Administration or a related field

• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Deadline-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Copywriting skills (advantageous)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proofreading required)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (Excel guru)

• A firm grasp on marketing platforms, channels, and best practices

• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and meet deadlines
