🧾 What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

📋 Meeting Support: Draft and finalize minutes for portfolio meetings. Ensure approvals are in place and minutes are distributed accurately.

💰 Budget and Financial Support: Help manage financial tracking, budget reporting, and compliance activities across the portfolio.

💼 Admin Support: Oversee onboarding/offboarding of support staff and manage all IT, HR, and general administrative queries.

🗂 Workflow & Scheduling: Coordinate activities, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders.

🧑💻 Documentation & Governance: Maintain an efficient documentation management system that aligns with organizational standards.

🧳 Logistics & Travel: Arrange meetings, workshops, and travel logistics for key senior portfolio leaders.

📊 Reporting & Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations that support decision-making and portfolio strategy.
📚 Qualifications and Academic Requirements
To qualify for this internship, candidates must have completed a Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:

Information Systems

Business Information Technology

Computer Science
-
Business Administration (preferably with a focus on tech/digital)

Project Management (especially with exposure to IT or software delivery)

No more than 6 months of prior work experience
