As we expand, we are looking for an HR Administrator to join our Head Office team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effectiveness of our HR department and ensure smooth operations across the business.
π’ Role Overview
The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR department with administrative functions. This position requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, able to assist with a variety of HR processes such as payroll, employee inquiries, and documentation.
π§ Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify employee documentation to ensure all required forms are completed correctly

Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure timely submission of employee documents before cut-off dates

Serve as the point of contact for store employees, addressing HR inquiries and providing information on policies and procedures

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR records

Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

Support the HR department with other administrative tasks as needed
π Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Human Resources or a related field

2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Knowledge of BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act)

Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
