🎯 Key Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer Role

• Create original, compelling designs for large-scale marketing campaigns and national initiatives

• Provide full graphic design support to the national marketing department

• Execute edits, artwork reformatting, and Desktop Publishing (DTP) projects

• Develop scroll-stopping social media content and short-form visuals

• Research design trends and translate them into brand-appropriate creatives

• Conceptualize and execute creative visuals from briefs and brainstorms

• Participate in photo and video shoots; retouch and edit imagery as needed

• Roll out all campaign content across digital, print, and outdoor platforms

• Deliver high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines

• Respond constructively to design feedback and continuously improve output

• Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines

• Provide motion graphic content where possible (advantageous)

• Maintain brand consistency across all media

🎓 Minimum Requirements and Skills

• A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design (must be certified)

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment

• High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (essential)

• Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro (advantageous)

• Excellent layout, typography, and color theory application

• Keen eye for visual storytelling and commercial photography

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure

• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills to support marketing messaging

• Ability to interpret marketing objectives into visuals that convert

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, especially social media

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver
