Role Overview

We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist based at our Umhlanga office in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for affiliate account management. You will play a vital part in growing the Hollywoodbets Affiliate Program by overseeing active affiliates and reactivating dormant affiliate relationships.

You Bring

Two to three years of experience in the digital marketing industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage relationships and build client trust

Bonus to Have

Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Understanding of digital platforms and affiliate program operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage a designated portfolio of affiliates, providing them with marketing material, promotions, and program updates
Re-engage dormant affiliates and implement strategies to retain them
Maintain a weekly call cycle and report affiliate activity
Share campaign insights, creative performance, and analytics with affiliates
Present updates and challenges to the affiliate team bi-weekly
Conduct site audits for new affiliate applications and ensure compliance with company guidelines
Identify and recruit new affiliates that align with Hollywoodbets’ marketing goals
Onboard new affiliates monthly and ensure smooth integration
Track affiliate performance (registrations, first-time deposits, conversions, etc.)
Generate analytical reports to guide improvements
Provide excellent support and respond to affiliate inquiries promptly
Collaborate with the design team to create affiliate-tailored marketing content
Ensure all affiliate data and activity are accurately recorded
