We are currently seeking 4 motivated Field Sales Agents to join our team in Rustenburg, North West. If you’re driven, people-focused, and ready to make an impact on the ground, we want to hear from you!

🔎 Role Overview

As a Field Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of Hollywoodbets’ mobile betting expansion. Your primary role will be to engage with customers, promote mobile betting products, assist with account registration and FICA compliance, and meet aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly targets. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills, energy, and a passion for service.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in registering new mobile betting accounts

• Educate punters on mobile betting products and how to use them effectively

• Drive new customer acquisitions through promotions, events, and demonstrations

• Actively promote mobile sign-ups, top-ups, and betting campaigns

• Guide customers on how to bet, use bonuses, and navigate the app

• Ensure all accounts opened are compliant with FICA regulations (clear ID required)

• Maintain neat and attractive mobile kiosks and displays

• Keep accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions

• Submit regular reports to management detailing progress and key metrics

• Travel between branches and promotional sites as required

• Participate in weekly training (Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note sessions, and Trainers on Wheels)

• Safeguard and manage mobile devices and promotional materials

🎯 Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of mobile apps and betting technology

• Willingness to work in the field and engage with diverse communities

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

➕ It’s a Bonus to Have:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or mobile marketing

• Valid South African driver’s license

• Knowledge of betting products and sports markets

• Familiarity with TUV (Top-Up Vouchers) and mobile activation platforms
