📌 Role Overview
As the Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of Hollywoodbets—greeting clients, handling calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This is a front-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and delivering exceptional service. You will also provide administrative assistance to the Office Administrator and help coordinate front-office logistics and projects.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Welcome and direct clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable

Answer and route incoming phone calls while offering basic company information

Manage meeting room bookings and notify staff of client arrivals

Coordinate daily mail, courier services, and deliveries
-
Perform clerical duties including filing, faxing, scanning, binding, emailing, and photocopying

Monitor office supplies, liaise with vendors, and support procurement requests

Ensure the reception TV is operational and lights are managed during work hours

Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure the reception toilet and front area are maintained

Provide support on promotional campaigns, company events, or projects when required

Maintain high-quality documentation, ensuring backups and logical file management

Track personal performance and arrange feedback sessions with your Office Administrator
🎯 Minimum Requirements

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

2–5 years of clerical and receptionist experience
-
Fluent in English and professional telephone etiquette
-
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced, corporate environment

Certificate in Office Administration or Reception Management

Previous experience operating a corporate switchboard

Familiarity with front-desk technology or booking software

Ability to speak additional South African languages

Experience in a similar role in a casino, hotel, or entertainment setting
