📝 Role Overview

As Manager (Communications), you will be responsible for shaping and delivering effective internal and external communication strategies. Your duties will include managing the company’s digital presence, creating marketing collateral, overseeing branding, and supporting content production across platforms like social media, newsletters, corporate intranet, and the TWK Agri Radius magazine.

You will play a key role in strengthening TWK Agri’s corporate image, enhancing internal communications, and ensuring alignment of brand identity across all business units.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing materials, vehicle branding, signage, and print/digital media content

  • Create and plan internal branding items such as stationery, long-service certificates, gift vouchers, and event collateral

  • Design and manage motion graphics and static visuals for campaigns and communication initiatives

  • Write and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand tone and audience interaction

  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to improve audience engagement and visibility

  • Maintain and update the company’s website, intranet, internal monitors, and customer portal

  • Compile articles and manage the layout, design, and distribution of the Radius magazine and other newsletters

  • Draft internal communications for employees across multiple platforms (intranet, email, and internal systems such as Jem)

  • Handle branding-related tasks, such as business card production, laminating, signage management, and corporate photo wall updates

  • Oversee the annual report design and ensure accuracy of content and branding

  • Manage and ensure consistent corporate branding across all assets and platforms, including external signage and farm entrance boards

🎓 Qualifications and Experience

  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or social media management

  • Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and experience in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva

  • Proficiency in content creation, branding, and layout design

  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and content strategies

  • Experience in website and intranet content management systems is advantageous

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills

  • Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work across departments
