🧽 Role Overview
As a Housekeeper at the Hollywoodbets Kenilworth branch, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility. This includes ensuring all operational areas — from gaming floors to restrooms and staff rooms — are clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times.
This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented. Your role is critical to maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that Hollywoodbets is known for, contributing directly to both team performance and customer satisfaction.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness in and around the branch premises, including inside floors, walls, doors, windows, and the external parking areas.

Ensure all bathrooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary hygiene products throughout the day.

Clean and sanitize all furniture, tables, chairs, gaming machines, TVs, and lighting fixtures.

Maintain neat and organized service areas, especially during high-traffic hours.

Ensure bins are emptied, washed, and refitted with new refuse bags regularly.

Monitor and report any breakages or repair needs to the Branch Manager.

Clean air conditioner filters on a weekly basis.

Ensure tables and chairs are stable, clean, and presentable — report issues that require repair or replacement.

Follow safe handling procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Request additional cleaning materials or replacements from the Branch Manager as needed.

Adhere to hygiene and uniform regulations as set out by Hollywoodbets standards.
🧾 Qualifications and Experience
✅ Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping or general cleaning (formal or informal)

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation procedures
