As a General Worker, you’ll be working closely with production and warehouse teams, performing duties that support operations, cleanliness, and safety.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general tidiness in and around the premises

• Perform cleaning duties in compliance with Health and Food Safety standards

• Provide support with loading and offloading stock for suppliers and customers

• Carry out ad hoc tasks as directed by supervisors

• Prevent grain losses and promote responsible handling of stock

• Participate in general housekeeping and waste disposal

• Deliver customer service aligned with VKB’s standards and values

• Follow all safety procedures and operational protocols

🎓 Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of Grade 10 or NQF Level 2 qualification

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in demanding environments

• Previous experience in agriculture, warehousing, or general labor (advantageous but not required)

• Willingness to work overtime when needed

• Open to on-the-job training and upskilling opportunities
