📋 Role Overview
As the Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day project and administrative coordination of various engineering initiatives. From managing resource allocation to ensuring project milestones are met, you’ll serve as the critical link between clients, engineers, and leadership. The ideal candidate is emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and highly organized, with proven experience in project support within the built environment or similar technical industries.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate workflows across multiple engineering teams and project stakeholders

Serve as the main liaison for client communication, ensuring clarity and timely updates

Manage project documentation, timelines, and deliverables using digital tools

Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, and file management

🧠 Qualifications and Experience

Proficiency in both Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or Administrator in the engineering, construction, or built environment industries

Experience working in remote or hybrid teams is an advantage

Strong understanding of project timelines, resource management, and documentation practices

Excellent telephone and email communication skills
