💼 Role Overview
Jupidex is currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing Department in Pietermaritzburg. This is a pivotal position responsible for executing a broad range of marketing and communications functions, including advertising, branding, digital campaigns, social media, website management, and customer insight strategies.
The successful candidate will work closely with Segment Leads, the Sales Manager, and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to implement marketing plans that align with the company’s growth goals and branding vision. This role suits a creative and strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a background in graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and market analysis to identify trends, customer behaviour, and competitive positioning

Implement the Deep Customer Understanding Process to capture insights on target audience needs and challenges

Develop, manage, and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

Maintain and update marketing materials and support resources for the sales team

Identify new lead generation opportunities through data sourcing and campaign strategies

Communicate campaign goals, deliverables, and timelines clearly to stakeholders

Plan and coordinate trade shows, events, conferences, and exhibitions including logistics and marketing collateral

Oversee administration, inventory control, and coordination of sales tools

Create compelling content and visuals to promote products across platforms

Handle website updates and respond to online queries using WordPress

Track and report on marketing performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement
🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications
Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or design-related role

Proven experience with WordPress website management

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW

Strong understanding of social media marketing principles

Prior experience in B2B communications, particularly within agriculture or equipment industries, is beneficial
