📋 Role Overview
As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle cash and related instruments over the counter, ensuring a seamless transaction process for retail customers. You will manage cash availability, oversee ATM operations, and support the branch in achieving exceptional performance.
🛒 Key Responsibilities

Cash Handling & Customer Service: Dispense and receive cash, cheques, and other financial instruments over the counter.

ATM Management: Monitor and manage ATM operations, ensuring cash availability and reporting any breakdowns.

Lead Generation & Sales Support: Participate in branch sales initiatives and contribute to achieving sales and service targets.

Customer Query Resolution: Own and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

Cross-Selling: Identify and cross-sell appropriate products based on customer needs.

Cash Repatriation & Security: Manage the cash movement process to and from the Central Bank, ensuring cash is accurately handled.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that transaction documentation is completed accurately and complies with the bank’s procedures.
✅ Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce, and Management Studies or related field.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Skills:

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong numeracy and cash-counting techniques

Knowledge of relevant banking procedures, including KYC, money laundering, and customer service standards

Ability to handle cash management and treasury operations
