✅ Key Responsibilities
As a Stock Controller, your duties will include:

Stock Management: Overseeing the accurate recording and movement of F&B branch stock

Receiving & Issuing Stock: Ensuring proper management of back of house stock, stock issuance, and reconciling variances

Stock Reporting: Daily reports of stock issued, receiving, and inventory movements via the GAAP system
-
Stock Rotation: Monitoring stock expiry dates and ensuring proper stock rotation to minimize wastage
-
F&B Delivery Coordination: Managing food and beverage deliveries and liaising with suppliers to ensure quality and quantity match orders
-
Stock Transfers: Facilitating stock transfers between branches, ensuring accurate records

Wastage & Breakage Control: Reporting and managing stock wastages and breakages, ensuring proper disposal of expired stock

Team Supervision: Managing store man/stock clerks and ensuring adherence to stock control processes
