Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at our head office in Umhlanga, Durban. This key role will focus on managing the Hollywoodbets Affiliate Program, fostering existing partnerships, reactivating dormant affiliates, and driving new affiliate acquisition. You will report performance trends, lead strategy refinements, and ensure optimal engagement from a growing affiliate network.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of active affiliate partners.

Reactivate dormant affiliates through proactive communication and incentivization strategies.

Maintain a structured weekly call cycle and submit detailed activity reports.

Provide affiliate partners with creative materials, promotional updates, and campaign insights.

Conduct bi-weekly presentations to internal stakeholders on affiliate performance, insights, and suggestions.

Audit new affiliate applications to ensure compliance with Hollywoodbets’ guidelines.

Support the onboarding process of new affiliates each month.

Monitor KPIs including registrations, conversions, FTDs, and clicks, and prepare data-driven performance reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to create affiliate-specific marketing materials (e.g., banners, landing pages).

Stay current with affiliate marketing trends and digital innovations to optimize strategy.

Offer first-class service to affiliates by resolving queries efficiently and maintaining strong relationships.

Ensure accurate documentation of affiliate metrics, performance data, and communications.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:

2 to 3 years’ experience in digital or affiliate marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

Prior exposure to gambling, sports betting, or online marketing industries.
