Role Overview
The Sales Agent will be based in Limpopo and is responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, especially in mobile customer acquisition. You’ll engage directly with clients, assist in onboarding, explain mobile product features, and promote the Hollywoodbets brand at outlets and events. This is an exciting opportunity for energetic individuals passionate about customer service, mobile technology, and sales within the betting industry.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with opening betting accounts and resolving all betting-related queries.

Drive mobile sales through demos, client education, and marketing campaigns.

Actively sign up new users and assist with FICA documentation submission.

Promote and explain Hollywoodbets mobile products to influence customer adoption.

Ensure that clients understand how to use bonuses and place mobile bets.

Maintain tidy and professional promotional setups at outlets and events.

Complete daily sales reporting and provide progress updates to management.

Maintain mobile equipment responsibly and ensure safe handling.

Participate in all required training including Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Notes, and Trainers on Wheels.

Travel between branches or outlets as per operational requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Entry-level; no formal experience required.
Preferred/Advantageous:

Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or sales role.

Valid driver’s license.

Understanding of the gambling and mobile betting environment.
