📋 Role Overview
As a Repairs Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a wide range of Adendorff’s technical products. This includes tools and equipment used in DIY, construction, mechanical, and electrical applications.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Conducting pre-delivery inspections and functional testing of machinery

Performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs on:

Power tools
-
Petrol and diesel small engines
-
Welding machines
-
Compressors
-
Generators
-
PC Boards (advantageous)
-

Requisitioning and managing stock of parts and consumables

Keeping service areas clean and organized daily

Troubleshooting technical issues independently and efficiently
-
Interacting with customers in a professional manner when needed
✅ Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Senior Certificate (Matric)
-
Good communication skills in English
-
Ability to read, write, and follow technical instructions
-
Mechanically and electrically inclined
Preferred Experience:
-
2–5 years of hands-on maintenance and repair experience

Practical knowledge of repairing machinery and small engines
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
-
Experience in customer communication is a plus
