✅ Key Responsibilities
As a Cosmetic Consultant, your main duties will include:

Promoting and selling cosmetics, fragrances, and beauty products to customers

Demonstrating products through makeovers, spray promotions, and in-store activities

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high customer care standards

Managing stock levels and reporting short, damaged, or expired stock to management

Merchandising and setting up attractive displays to drive sales

Ensuring all cosmetic promotions and sales targets are met

Managing salon appointments and maintaining strong client relationships

Staying up-to-date with new product launches, trends, and retail industry knowledge

Following Dis-Chem’s policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

🧠 Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following essential criteria:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Retail experience as a sales consultant

Computer literacy (MS Office)
-
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
🚀 Preferred (Advantageous) Skills

Experience in cosmetic, fragrance, or beauty industries

Knowledge of product demonstrations, personal selling, and promotions
-
Ability to manage stock, ensure stock rotation, and handle sales targets

Bilingual
-
Prior promotional training and experience working with customer liaison

A valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
