In this pivotal role, you’ll assist in managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) projects, ensuring the implementation of compliance policies, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.
✅ Key Responsibilities
As an AML Administrator, your duties will include:

Administrative Support: Providing essential support to the AML department and assisting with FICA Act compliance

Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the maintenance and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Data Handling: Collecting, maintaining, and analyzing customer due diligence documentation

Reporting: Preparing accurate communication related to regulatory matters and assisting with GoAML reporting

Documentation Maintenance: Loading and maintaining legislation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

FICA Queries: Addressing FICA-related inquiries and maintaining records of compliance activities

Ad Hoc Tasks: Supporting with additional compliance-related tasks as required

To be considered for this role, you should have:

Completed Matric with English and Maths

Degree or diploma in law, auditing, or accounting (or currently studying towards one)

1-2 years of administrative experience
