We are now hiring General Workers to join our busy DC team and help us maintain the high standards we’re known for across the country.
Role Overview
We are looking for 20 General Workers to join the operations team at our Polokwane Distribution Centre. Whether you are an experienced warehouse worker or just starting out, we have various roles to match your background and skill set. These include Receiving, Picking, Loading, Cycle Counting, Forklift Operation, and more.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience:
-
Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
-
0–2 years of warehouse experience (you’ll be placed in a role based on your experience)

Forklift or Reach Truck License required for relevant operator roles

Basic Excel skills are beneficial
Availability:

Must be willing to work day or night shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities
General Worker
-
Responsible for managing returns of damaged, overstocked, and short-dated stock
-
Support general distribution operations
Picker
-
Pick stock accurately based on picking slips for store deliveries
-
Ensure items are packed securely and accurately
Cycle Counter
-
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels
-
Support inventory control and reporting
Forklift Driver
-
Operate forklifts to load/unload goods and move stock within the warehouse
-
Follow safety protocols
Reach Truck Driver
-
Use reach trucks to stack pallets and manage vertical storage
-
Work in compliance with warehouse racking systems
Auditor
-
Inspect outgoing goods for quality, quantity, and correct labelling
-
Confirm expiry dates and ensure no damaged stock is dispatched
Combiner
-
Merge products onto pallets and wrap them securely for transport

Ensure that combined stock is organized and dispatch-ready
