Qualifications and Experience

Educational Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 with a Draughting or Architectural certificate.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in a similar role within the retail, construction, or related industry.

Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles, construction standards, and industry regulations.

Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
