Role Overview
Under Armour’s Cornerstone store in Rustenburg is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who embraces challenges and sees every day as a chance to grow their leadership and retail management skills. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with Under Armour’s brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales goals
Ensure optimal customer experience and service standards in line with Under Armour’s brand values
Manage day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and merchandising
Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential
Implement company promotional strategies and visual merchandising plans
Monitor inventory, manage shrinkage, and uphold loss prevention strategies
Ensure adherence to company policies and store compliance requirements
Foster a team environment that aligns with Under Armour’s core values

Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent qualification)
1–2 years of management or supervisory experience in a retail environment
3–4 years of total retail experience, preferably in apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands
Knowledge of or passion for sport and fitness is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate teams and deliver results under pressure
Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
