Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team at Mango5. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about closing deals and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales operations, responsible for generating new business, up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers, and ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively identify and reach out to new business opportunities through outbound calls, demonstrating product benefits and value.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue by identifying customer needs and offering relevant services and product upgrades.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

CRM Management: Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zendesk to manage leads, log interactions, and keep sales pipelines up-to-date.

Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and sales managers to improve strategies and optimize sales performance.

Customer Service: Deliver a professional, engaging, and solution-focused customer experience on every call.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
-
At least 2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment targeting UK or USA markets

Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

CRM experience – HubSpot or Zendesk preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Clear criminal record

Working Hours

Rotational shifts to support international time zones (USA focus):

Shift 1: 14:00 – 23:00 SAST / 21:00 – 06:00 SAST

Shift 2: 13:00 – 22:00 SAST / 20:00 – 05:00 SAST

Shifts are scheduled Monday to Sunday

Transport provided home after late shifts
What the Company Offers
💰 Remuneration Package:

Basic Salary: R9,650.00 per month

Shift Allowance: R500.00
-
Commission: Up to R2,000.00 based on performance

13th-month bonus after 12 months of continuous employment
