Role Overview
Senwes Equipment is currently seeking a Mechanisation Clerk based in Klerksdorp. This is a key support role responsible for providing centralised administrative and financial assistance to equipment branches. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of systems and documentation while acting as a liaison between branches and the head office.
The position focuses on tasks like credit note management, reconciliations, vendor payments, commissions, and system support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong financial and administrative background, preferably within a technical or workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Administrative Support

Process and validate credit notes received from suppliers such as John Deere, Falcon, Rovic Leers, and Construction & Forestry platforms.

Reconcile various claims, manage inspection control records, and ensure cash account accuracy.

Identify and correct discrepancies in cash account transactions across multiple branches.

Compile and review commission reports for technical teams and managers.

Track vendor payments, respond to inquiries, and manage purchase order (PO) administration.
System & Data Management

Maintain and support user interactions with the EQUIP system.

Handle ACS client accounts, including tax invoice processing and payment status tracking.

Liaise with internal teams and assist in integrating financial processes with operational systems.

Monitor and ensure data integrity for workshop and equipment records.
Cross-Departmental Coordination

Support HR, SHEQ, and other departments with procurement, documentation, and financial administration.

Assist in internal communication related to procurement and finance processes.
Qualifications and Experience

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

3 to 5 years administrative experience, preferably within a technical or workshop environment
Skills and Knowledge

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Understanding of technical documentation and workshop operations

Familiarity with SAP and EQUIP systems

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
