Role Overview
The Admin Manager will be responsible for coordinating and processing administrative procedures in a retail branch to ensure the accurate recording and reporting of business processes. This includes overseeing stock control, managing employee schedules, handling internal and external queries, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the branch.
Key Responsibilities
π Administrative Reporting

Manage, control, and monitor administration reports from the SAP system.

Authorize and reconcile credit notes and generate relevant reports.

Evaluate requests in line with company policies and procedures.

Prepare and process stock control registers and reports within the system.
ποΈ Stock Control & Management

Oversee the administration of stock control processes, ensuring that stock-related issues are managed efficiently.

Coordinate and process stock-related documentation such as expiry registers and stock control sheets.

Generate and analyze stock-related reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
π₯ Employee Information & Staff Management

Coordinate and process employee information, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels for operational efficiency.

Communicate performance expectations and desired outcomes to staff.
π¬ Client & Query Resolution

Resolve queries from both internal and external clients, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Relevant post-matric qualification.
-
A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a retail administrative environment.

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory administrative position.
-
SAP knowledge is preferred but not essential.

Strong proficiency in SAP and administrative processes.
