Role Overview
The Workplace Experience Programme is a 12-month graduate opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience and practical exposure to key business enablement functions within Tiger Brands. This programme will give you the chance to work on real projects and gain valuable experience to accelerate your career in business and finance.

Key Responsibilities
As a Workplace Experience Student in Business Enablement, your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Support Project Work: Assist in a variety of business enablement projects, gaining insights into the operational aspects of the business.

  • Problem-solving: Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to project work and team initiatives.

  • Collaborative Work: Work alongside cross-functional teams to complete a Work Integrated Learning project assigned by your Line Manager.

  • On-the-job Experience: Gain practical work experience that aligns with your career aspirations and academic qualifications.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on extra duties as requested to help achieve business objectives and gain a broader understanding of the company’s operations.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
You will be an excellent fit for this opportunity if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting, Cost Management, Financial Management, or a related field.

  • Are currently in your final year of study, or have recently completed your qualification.

  • Have no more than one year of full-time work experience in your field of study.

  • Are a South African citizen and based in Germiston.

  • Have a strong passion for business enablement and are eager to develop your professional skills.

  • Are highly motivated and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced business environment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: A BCom qualification or similar, with a focus on Management Accounting, Cost Management, or Financial Management.

  • Experience: No more than one year of full-time work experience in your field of study.
