Role Overview
BP DBN Warehouse is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer II to join their finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all financial queries, managing both Creditors and Debtors accounts, and supporting general accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting procedures and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly revenue schedules
Capturing and managing all fuel transaction data accurately
Generating weekly flash reports and variance reports for management review
Managing full accounts payable and receivable functions
Handling debtors invoicing and creditors posting within deadlines
Preparation of month-end financial reports and reconciliations
Maintaining organized and accurate filing systems
Conducting audits and ensuring accuracy in account classifications and ledger entries
Verifying financial documentation and performing general ledger maintenance
Supporting office operations and assisting with general administrative duties

Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a full Creditors/Debtors function
Previous Bookkeeping or supervisory finance experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience in ledger reconciliation, variance reporting, and revenue tracking
Valid Driver’s License
