Role Overview
The Trainee Parts Salesperson will be responsible for assisting with parts sales, stock management, and customer service. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, enjoys learning, and is committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Stock Management: Assist with stock counting, stock take, and maintaining a tidy parts area.

Customer Service: Attend to walk-in and telephonic customer queries, complaints, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales.

Sales Support: Process sales accurately and help maintain a well-organized sales area.

Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation and assist with any other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Education & Experience

Grade 12.
-
1-year parts sales and administration experience is preferred.
Technical Competencies

Valid Driver’s License.

Product Knowledge.

Computer Literacy (MS Office).

Good Customer Service and Communication Skills.
