Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Totalsports team in Bloemfontein. In this customer-facing role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering an outstanding customer experience, helping our customers find the best products, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the store’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence

Brand Ambassador: Represent Totalsports as a passionate brand ambassador, offering an exceptional customer experience and driving loyalty.

Sales Performance and Stock Management

Sales Tracking: Actively monitor your sales performance, comparing results against targets and striving to exceed them.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest trends in décor, fashion, and sports products, providing customers with expert advice on a wide range of products.

Replenishing Stock: Assist with replenishing stock to ensure that the store is always ready for customers, maintaining a visually appealing sales floor.

Qualifications and Experience
Education

Grade 12 (Matric)
