Role Overview

As a Floor Supervisor at Foschini Cresta, you will be responsible for supporting the store management team in leading and motivating the team to provide outstanding customer service and operational excellence. The role demands a customer-centric approach, with a focus on driving performance and ensuring store operations run smoothly. You will manage multiple priorities and tasks, allocate time effectively, and ensure that store targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store management team to lead and drive performance within the store.

  • Ensure operational excellence through a customer-centric mindset.

  • Generate motivation and commitment within the store team to meet targets.

  • Allocate time effectively, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks.

  • Provide input into merchandise and visual display principles.

  • Drive store performance through key metrics (KPIโ€™s), including turnover, new accounts, and visual standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) is required.

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year of store leadership experience.

Skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with various customers and situations.

  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
