Role Overview:
Bridgestone is actively seeking a skilled and dynamic Network Development & Operations Specialist to join its First Stop Retail Team in Vimercate, Italy. This full-time, hybrid position plays a critical role in supporting both marketing and procurement activities, while also driving operational efficiencies across Bridgestone’s expanding dealer network. The ideal candidate will help implement marketing initiatives, launch new services, and enhance retail operations—all while ensuring that internal communications and partnerships are optimized for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and organize retail training sessions, manage scheduling, and liaise with training service providers.

Address operational issues and respond to dealer-specific ad hoc requests with agility and professionalism.

Manage procurement relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring contract and delivery compliance.

Create and update essential documentation including contracts, training records, and network tracking tools.

Lead service launches and provide post-launch support, including feedback gathering and performance monitoring.

Oversee store branding, signage installations, and interior setup across new and existing locations.

Execute internal communication strategies such as newsletters and Direct Email Marketing (DEM).

Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, dealers, and headquarters to streamline processes and share feedback effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Economics (or equivalent).
Industry Experience:
-
Previous exposure to B2B environments and the retail automotive or tyre industry is a strong advantage.
Technical Proficiency:

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Familiarity with CRM or procurement systems is a plus.
Language Requirements:

Native Italian speaker

Proficient in English (minimum intermediate level required for internal communication and documentation).
