Role Overview:
We are seeking a Counter Salesman for our Centurion branch to contribute to sales growth by delivering excellent customer service and offering expert advice on our extensive range of tools and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, and the desire to develop technical knowledge in the tools and machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Achieve strategic growth goals by driving sales of tools and machinery.

Customer Care: Provide exceptional service, addressing customer needs and inquiries effectively.

Product Knowledge: Continuously develop product knowledge to improve sales and assist customers with informed recommendations.

Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.

Invoicing and Stock Handling: Manage invoicing processes and ensure stock is accurately handled and accounted for.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to create a productive, customer-focused retail environment.
Qualifications and Experience:

Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required.

2-3 years’ experience in a sales or senior sales position in a technical or machinery-related company.

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet growth targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strong communication skills and the ability to function well within a team.
