📋 Role Overview: Sales Agent

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls and customer queries with a focus on excellent service.

Assist brokers with insurance-related questions and provide solutions to their needs.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of short-term insurance products.

Upsell and cross-sell products in line with customer needs.

Record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience

Matric/NQF Level 4 (Essential)

Regulatory Exam (RE 5) certification

Full FAIS Credits

Minimum 3 years of experience in an inbound call centre or broker support role

At least 3 years of experience in short-term insurance
