📋 Role Overview: Sales Agent

As a Sales Agent at MiWay, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, supporting broker/customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy challenges, and are motivated to help others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls and customer queries with a focus on excellent service.

  • Assist brokers with insurance-related questions and provide solutions to their needs.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of short-term insurance products.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products in line with customer needs.

  • Record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.


🎓 Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric/NQF Level 4 (Essential)

  • Regulatory Exam (RE 5) certification

  • Full FAIS Credits

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an inbound call centre or broker support role

  • At least 3 years of experience in short-term insurance
