About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and customer acquisition through outbound telesales and inbound client servicing. You’ll be interacting directly with clients, offering them tailored product solutions, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first call to final paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound telesales to potential and existing clients.

Minimum Qualifications & Certifications

Grade 12 / Matric (essential)

RE Certificate (essential)

Fully FAIS accredited

A tertiary qualification in a business-related field will be advantageous
Experience and Competencies

2 – 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service (insurance or financial services preferred)
