Job Overview
As a Sales Agent – Events, you will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while also driving growth in Hollywoodbets’ mobile customer base. You will be attending and facilitating promotions at events across the business to represent Hollywoodbets, educate customers about the brand, and generate new mobile sales. You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the brand remains top-of-mind and achieve targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your role, your duties will include:

Sales Targets: Reach daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets, while also working to increase the mobile customer base.

Event Promotion: Attend and facilitate events to promote Hollywoodbets and educate attendees about the brand, products, and services.

Client Assistance: Assist customers with account and betting queries when required.

Mobile Product Demonstration: Drive daily mobile sales by demonstrating and explaining mobile products and services to customers, persuading them to purchase or use services.

Brand Promotion: Promote the mobile brand by setting up displays, driving mobile marketing campaigns, and ensuring that outlets are effectively branded.

Customer Registration: Register new customer accounts, ensuring all FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) requirements are met, and submit documentation to the FICA department.

Inventory Management: Ensure the safekeeping and proper maintenance of mobile equipment and inventory used during promotions.

Travel: Travel extensively to different regions and events as required, ensuring effective representation of Hollywoodbets at various locations.

Team Coordination: Ensure that promoters are aware of their targets and assist them in reaching these goals. Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and high performance.

Promoting a Positive Image: Keep work areas neat and tidy to project a positive image of Hollywoodbets to customers.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Understanding of Betting Markets and Products: A strong knowledge of various betting markets and Hollywoodbets’ product offerings.

Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and active listening skills with a natural ability to engage customers and promote products effectively.

Bonus Skills:

Event Management Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in managing or attending events, preferably in a promotional or sales-driven capacity.

Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is a bonus, enabling you to travel freely between locations and events.
