About Fidelity Services Group

Fidelity Services Group is looking for CIT Drivers to join the team at the Klerksdorp Branch. As a CIT Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe collection and delivery of clients’ money while maintaining high standards of security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Money Transportation: Transport Crewmen and Custodians to collect and deliver clients’ money securely.

  • Proof of Delivery: Provide proof of collection and delivery of money to clients.

  • Incident Prevention: Prevent and report any incidents, ensuring the safe transportation of money.

  • Communication: Maintain radio contact with controllers and report delays or suspicious activity.

  • Vehicle Management: Conduct vehicle audits, complete checklists, and document any accidents or incidents.

  • Security: Ensure firearm competency and handle firearms as necessary for business purposes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Clear Criminal Record: Must have a clean criminal record.

  • PSIRA Accreditation: Minimum Grade C qualification.

  • CIT Certificate: Essential for this role.

  • Firearm Competency: Minimum handgun qualification required for business purposes.

  • Driver’s License: Code C1 (minimum) with a valid PDP.

  • Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in the security industry or similar role (experience at FSG is advantageous).

  • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure.
