Job Overview

We are hiring three AI Specialists to join our team in Umhlanga, KZN. This position plays a crucial role in the ongoing transformation of Hollywoodbets by implementing cutting-edge AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and create innovative solutions for various business departments.

As an AI Automation Specialist, you will bridge the gap between traditional software development and emerging AI technologies, creating solutions that enhance productivity, deliver insights, and transform business operations. The role combines expertise in no-code/low-code platforms, AI tools, and traditional development knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Hollywoodbets Purple Team, you will:

• AI and Automation Solutions: Identify opportunities for automation across various business functions. Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using a combination of no-code/low-code platforms and custom code as needed.

• AI-Powered Automation: Leverage AI models and prompt engineering techniques to automate tasks such as data analysis, customer interactions, predictive analytics, and more.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams to define AI requirements and deliver impactful automation solutions that meet business needs.

• AI Tools Development: Develop and maintain intelligent automation solutions using platforms such as MS365 Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and Relevance AI.

• AI Integration: Design and integrate AI models, automation workflows, and APIs to seamlessly connect with existing business applications and data sources.

• Continuous Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies to ensure the integration of cutting-edge tools and solutions within the business.

• Training and Support: Provide training to teams on the effective usage of AI tools and assist in AI adoption throughout the company.

• AI Policy Compliance: Ensure that all AI tools and solutions comply with the company’s AI policy framework, maintaining ethical standards and legal compliance in every aspect of AI implementation.

• AI Research and Development: Conduct research into new AI methodologies and technologies, contributing to the long-term innovation strategy for Hollywoodbets.

Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:

• Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of automation principles and AI technologies. Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, n8n) and a proficiency in API integrations and webhooks.

• AI Knowledge: Strong experience with AI technologies, including the use of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT.

• Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of traditional programming concepts, especially in Python, is a plus. Familiarity with AI/ML libraries like Langchain would be beneficial.

• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business challenges and translate them into innovative AI solutions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Cloud & Automation Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and their automation capabilities (e.g., MS365, AWS, Azure).

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as Langchain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Experience with data manipulation, analysis, and integration in business applications.

• Understanding of AI policy frameworks and the ability to maintain compliance with data security standards.
