Job Overview:

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist to join their team. The role focuses on seeking new business, building relationships with clients, and offering integrated risk mitigation solutions. The specialist will be responsible for designing, costing, proposing, and presenting complex security solutions for both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Growth: Increase turnover by proactively growing your own existing client base as well as acquiring new clients.
• Sales Targets: Achieve planned revenue and sales goals, with targets varying as per business needs.
• New Business Development: Secure profitable new business and handle potential client queries.
• Solution Design: Conduct site surveys and personally design and cost complete security solutions.
• Proposals and Presentations: Prepare and present complex proposals and ensure timely submission of quotations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships, addressing client requirements and queries.
• Reporting: Submit weekly and monthly management reports.
• Market Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of trade and competitors.
• Sales Opportunities: Identify and develop sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Post-matric qualification or equivalent.
• Senior Solution Sales experience in the security industry is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional, well-presented, and able to work under pressure and extended hours if required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• PSIRA Grade C (company requirement).
