Job Overview:

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a talented and competitive Internal Sales Consultant to join their team in Midrand, Gauteng. The role is crucial in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, quoting clients, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions.
  • Provide quotes and cost estimates to clients.
  • Open sales order files as needed.
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales consultants for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct research on accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
  • Team with Sales Consultants to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Conduct effective online discussions on products and group offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal sales with a track record of over-achieving targets.
  • Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficiency in corporate productivity tools and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Must have a valid vehicle license and own vehicle.
  • PSIRA Grade C certification.
