Job Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Hybrid Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment, helping clients with security solutions such as armed monitoring, alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Focus: Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, and drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences.
- Target Achievement: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets with a proactive approach and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders to generate new business.
- Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track progress and ensure sales targets are met.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is an advantage.
- Minimum Qualification: Matric or equivalent.

- Achieve revenue and sales targets while building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Ensure follow-ups on all leads and quotes to maximize conversion rates.
